Description  A practical introduction to sub-aqua by BSAC qualified instructors in a swimming pool environment. Experience up to 20 minutes underwater.
Suitability and Equipment

    subaquaWater confidence is more important than swimming ability. General physical fitness and good health are a prerequisite. Disqualifying medical conditions will apply. Bring a swimming costume and T shirt and, if you have them, your own fins mask and snorkel. A parent or guardian must accompany children who must be 14 or over
