All the "big hill days" within the Active Aboyne programme are led by fully qualified mountain leaders, with a wide knowledge of the local fauna and flora, and first aid qualifications appropriate to mountain terrain. Transport is provided from Aboyne, and included in the cost of the outing. We have kept the costs as low as possible. Where we can use a publicly funded ranger service, our prices are particularly keen, but that is not always possible, and we then use the services of WalkDeeside, with whose support we are able to offer a professionally led mountain adventure at a competitive price.
