About Us
ActiveAboyne was established to promote activity tourism in Royal Deeside and the Eastern Cairngorms and to introduce outdoor activities to young and old in Deeside and surrounding areas.
We are a project run within Mid Deeside Ltd and funded and supported by various bodies including Upper Deeside Community Development Group, Cairngorms National Parks Authority, Leader+, Aberdeenshire Council Support for Business, Marr Area Partnership, Aberdeenshire Council Ranger Service, Glen Tanar Ranger Service.
We would not exist without the support of an able and active group of volunteers, local estates and local activity providers.
