| Beginning at the remote church by
the Water of Feugh, this walk rich in natural and cultural heritage
climbs over moorland before going down into Glencat. The route
ascends and descends again through woodland along the ‘Coffin Road’,
ending at the historic kirkyard and church at Birse. Bring a packed

| Introduction to GPS Learn the principles of GPS (Global Positioning Systems) navigation and receive practical instruction on the use of a hand-held Garmin GPS for outdoor activities. GPS units provided. | Paddling for Beginners 5th - 6th - 7th August | |
| This is a three day introductory
course with experienced coaches and small groups. It is suitable for ages 8 years upwards. Held on Knockburn Loch Strachan, starting times for the two hour daily sessions are: 12-2pm, 3-5pm , 6-8pm For those under 16 a parent needs to be present. Participants need to be able to swim or be water confident whilst wearing a buoyancy aid. |
