| Queen’s View to Aboyne - Guided Walk | |
| The walk starts with a moderate
climb up the side of Craiglich with wonderful views over the Howe O’
Cromar. It continues with more gentle slopes through woodland of Hill of Coull and Gallows Hill. The route skirts Mortlich and reaches Aboyne by way of Aboyne Loch. Most of the walk is on good forestry tracks but a short section is over rough ground and part is on short heather with no real path. |
